Men’s Basketball Headed to CBI Finals with Win Over Western Michigan

The George Mason University men’s basketball team continued their relentless march to the Collegiate Basketball Invitational presented by Buick finals with a decisive win over Western Michigan, 62-52, at the Patriot Center on March 27.
Jonathan Arledge was the high scorer of the game, shooting 23 points for the Patriots, for the best outing of his career.
The CBI finals consist of a best-of-three series, which begins Monday, April 1. Mason will face Santa Clara in California at 10 p.m. The second game will move back to Fairfax for a game on Wednesday, April 3, in the RAC. If a third game is necessary, it will be on April 5 at the Patriot Center.
