To help students learn more about local and national graduate school programs and connect with admissions officers, George Mason University will participate in the 2013 Politico Grad Fair. The event will take place on Tuesday, September 24, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Liaison Hotel, 415 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C.

Some of the programs of study on which the grad fair will focus include public policy, business and law. Attendees can also enter a raffle for a chance to win a $500 gift card towards their first semester of books.

George Mason will join other participating schools including American University, Central Michigan University, Duke University, Georgetown University, The George Washington University, The Johns Hopkins University, The Regent Robertson School of Government and Virginia Tech.

Stephanie Floyd, associate director of graduate admissions in the School of Public Policy, will be on hand at the grad fair to answer any questions about the school.

“It is very important that Mason is represented at the Politico Grad Fair so that we can share information about our programs with students from all across the Washington, D.C., area,” says Floyd.
