Faculty, staff, alumni and friends can enjoy the global cuisine of José Andrés’ Think Food Group at the Green and Gold Bash on Saturday, October 5, on the North Plaza near the George Mason statue.
The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with Doc Nix and the Green Machine; you can whet your appetite with tapas from Pepe, The Food Truck and enjoy the amazing paella prepared before your eyes by the chefs responsible for Jaleo, Oyamel and The Bazaar. Sangria, wines and beers will complement Think Food’s Spanish cuisine.
The evening continues until 9:30 p.m. with music by DJ Chris Styles, and an eight-person photo booth and caricature artists will capture the evening’s fun.
