Convocations and Speakers Announced

The 46th annual George Mason University Commencement for all graduating students will take place on Saturday, May 18, at 10 a.m. in the Patriot Center. Additionally, all schools and colleges will hold their own convocation ceremonies. All graduating students may attend Commencement; students may also attend their own school or college convocation.

Wednesday, May 15
- College of Science, 2 p.m., Patriot Center. Speaker: Deborah Myers, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Discovery Science Channel
- College of Humanities and Social Sciences (master’s and doctoral students), 7 p.m., Patriot Center. Speaker: Peter Stearns, Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs of George Mason University
Thursday, May 16
